Our Consultant sits with you and connects to all existing platforms like ERP, Identity platforms & more. Then we make a SaaS matrix for your organisation and create a dashboard for you to manage. You can easily access usage reports and subscription tables.

During the discovery phase, once we start your on-boarding process, our operations team, asks for all the existing contracts with your existing IT vendors. We tally those with the data collected via integrations, and add all the vendors in the database during the Discovery phase.

As Saastrak helps your organisation identify null or unused subscriptions to save your costs, we believe that we are essentially free and our costs are recovered by the savings we do, and are just a fractions of the savings.

During the discovery phase, we try to integrate all exising Identity platforms, many of which are already present in our system. For any additional or custom integrations, we charge the client, which is a 1 time initial cost. It is just a fraction of the savings you do.

Each of our client gets a Key Accounts Manager who helps them manage and understand the platform. But, the platform is a Self-serve platform, and we do not do the daily activities, like report analysis,etc. We do however help you setup your reports initially in the Setup phase and come in whenever help is needed.
